Shaun Tull has been a consistent top producer since joining Jack Lingo REALTOR in 2003.  His tenacious work ethic and drive have helped him and business partner Bryce Lingo close well over $2 billion ($2,000,000,000) in real estate sales during that time.  Since joining forces with Bryce, Shaun has cultivated his expertise in moving high-end beach real estate - all while learning from one of the shore’s most experienced and successful brokers.

In addition to his work in real estate sales, Shaun was instrumental in the formation and is currently a principal of the Jack Lingo, REALTOR affiliate company, Jack Lingo Asset Management (JLAM). JLAM has established itself as the market area leader in real estate investment and development.

A local through and through, Shaun was born and raised in Sussex County.  Originally from Seaford, Shaun then went on to graduate from the University of Delaware in 2000 after which he made the permanent move to the resort area.  A lifetime in Sussex County has contributed to Shaun's unparalleled knowledge of the Rehoboth, Dewey Beach, and surrounding area’s real estate landscape.

Shaun brings a record of success to the table, and his dedication to the Sussex County real estate market is rarely matched.  He is knowledgeable in all nuances of the real estate business and truly enjoys working within the community that he calls home. Shaun currently resides in Rehoboth Beach with his wife, Erica, and two energetic daughters.
