Ann Acres is a quiet community situated along Rt. 1, just north of the town limits of Dewey Beach and near the communities of Seabreeze and Pine Bay. This convenient location is within four to five blocks of the Atlantic Ocean and all of Dewey Beach's attractions. It is also just a quick bike ride or Jolly Trolley ride to all the attractions of downtown Rehoboth Beach.

Ann Acres is an excellent option for the buyer that prefers close proximity to Dewey Beach, but at a slightly lower price point than the “in-town” options.
