Marissa Murr serves as a Marketing Coordinator and Sales Agent for the Bryce Lingo & Shaun Tull Team. Originally from San Antonio, TX, Marissa moved to Lewes, DE in 2006. After graduating from Cape Henlopen High School in 2011, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Delaware.

While at the University of Delaware, she learned the keys to effective marketing including but not limited to digital marketing, advertising, international marketing and effective writing. She also had the opportunity to travel to Australia and New Zealand where she met and learned from successful executives in international companies.

Following graduation, Marissa returned to the Delaware shore with the desire to make the area her home while applying her marketing skills to a diverse community. Growing up within a family of successful REALTORS joining the Bryce Lingo & Shaun Tull Team was a perfect fit.

Since joining the team in 2015, Marissa has continuously expanded her role and accepted additional opportunities to grow her career in the real estate industry. After becoming an active sales agent in 2018 she was named a Five Star Rising Agent, an award given to less than 3% of agents in the state. Marissa also assists with settlement coordination for Bryce & Shaun’s transactions and in 2019 became a Marketing Coordinator for Jack Lingo Asset Management.

In her spare time, you can find Marissa enjoying time with her husband Zack, walking the trails in Cape Henlopen State Park, or exploring her passion for food through cooking.
