Jessica Bradley serves as a listing and selling agent on the Bryce Lingo & Shaun Tull Team. She provides the expertise which only 20+ years of experience can deliver. A native Delawarean, she was born in Lewes, and has strong roots in Sussex County that go back several generations.

Her numerous work experiences vary from financial management and analysis to teaching at the community college level. After receiving her master’s degree in education and teaching at Delaware Tech, she decided to pursue a career in real estate. Since then, she has become a top-producing agent. Although her positions and job titles have changed, there remains a common thread throughout her diverse career: phenomenal customer service combined with exceptional communication.

Over the years, Jessica has had the privilege of representing buyers and sellers for residential homes, unimproved land, farms, commercial projects and land development. This has provided a very diverse background in a variety of real estate transactions.

Outside of work, Jessica is a member of the Montessori Works Board as well as a charter member of the Sussex Montessori School board, working to establish a Montessori based public charter school in Seaford. This will offer an alternative educational choice free of charge to students on the western side of the county. The school is scheduled to open September 2020 with K-3 enrollment, hoping to add a grade level each subsequent year, until the school serves K-6.

Residing in Lewes, Jessica also enjoys biking to Cape Henlopen state park, the wonderful Lewes Farmer’s Market and taking advantage of all the local festivals and events year round.
